The request for a spiker is the Agreement (“Agreement”) is the legal agreement between you (referred to as “you”) and Craft Standard Enterprises, Inc. (“CSE”) for your use of kegs containing non-alcoholic drink mixes manufactured by CSE or by an approved/licensed mix manufacturer (“CSE Kegs”) and the CSE spiker funnel (“CSE spiker”) used to add alcohol or additional ingredients to CSE Kegs. The CSE Kegs and CSE Spiker embody the valuable intellectual property of CSE covered by one or more pending patent applications. The CSE Spiker remains the property of CSE and should be returned to CSE directly or through your distributor when it is no longer in use with CSE Kegs. You agree to use the CSE Spiker only with CSE Kegs. Use of the CSE Spiker with any other kegs or containers is prohibited. If you do not agree to the foregoing terms, you are not permitted to use the CSE Kegs or the CSE Spiker, and you can return the CSE Kegs for a refund.
